Senior QA Lead

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Manager to lead testing activities across complex projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee test planning, execution, and reporting while ensuring all quality assurance practices meet stringent standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end test management for large-scale systems and applications.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines.
- Coordinate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing activities.
- Manage test teams, providing direction, mentoring, and quality assurance.
- Ensure all testing complies with secure development standards.
- Monitor, track, and report on test progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to align test automation pipelines with secure delivery practices.
- Must be an Australian Citizen and hold baseline security clearance.
- Primary project activity is based in Adelaide. Candidates must be willing to travel frequently or relocate as required.
- Flexible working arrangements may be considered based on project needs.
