Project Administrator Role
The company is currently looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join the project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with administration duties, project planning and tracking work orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the project team with general administration duties
- Project planning and tracking work orders
- Raise purchase requisitions and check invoices
- Follow up trades and suppliers for outstanding project jobs
- Prepare presentations, coordinate agenda and meeting minutes
- Manage the document management system for the department including data entry
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Administration
- A minimum of 5 years' related experience in administration
- Experience working on Oil & Gas or Mining projects advantageous
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Suite
- Experience in project planning administration
- Gantt Chart/and or other project management software
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
