Senior Property Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the management of our Commercial Portfolio.

About the Role:
  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in property management, looking to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining close liaison with owners, occupiers and operational personnel, ensuring compliance with leases and other legal matters.
  • They will also be required to prepare detailed monthly reporting packs for property owners and manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar commercial role in property management, with a strong understanding of accrual accounting and financial reporting.
  • A proactive and professional approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
