Senior Portfolio Manager

This is a challenging role that requires technical expertise and strategic leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Trade Credit & Surety claims team, guiding portfolio workflows, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing innovative ideas to support business growth initiatives.
- Supervising the management and settlement of all claims with the team by leading portfolio workflows, ensuring timely, accurate processing of claims, and maintaining high service standards across the team.
- Driving operational excellence by identifying process gaps and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Cultivating and supporting a team of 10 claims assessors, credit risk managers, and debt recovery specialists, setting clear expectations, and leading by example.
