Job Title: Global Supply Chain Manager

Your new role as a Global Supply Chain Manager will involve actively participating in business development, developing relationships with clients, and working closely with senior management to ensure timely cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in Business Development as needed with Senior Management Team.
  • Develop relationships and assist with new business pipeline building.
  • Work with clients to provide cost estimates and solutions for OOG cargo movement or future projects.
  • Proactively monitor movement of urgent cargo and report to clients.
  • Ensure freight is moved in a timely manner domestically and internationally.
  • Assist and guide staff in liaising with overseas offices.
  • Handle and resolve complaints both external and internal.
  • Manage team members, including performance planning, KPI setting, annual leave, and sick leave.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or First Degree, or relevant experience.
  • 10+ years International Logistics experience.
  • Project Manager experience.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Complete understanding of company values.
  • English spoken and written – CEFR Level 5.
  • IT – Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • CargoWise experience desirable.
  • Ability to represent the Company at all levels and build strong client and customer relationships.
