Project Planning Professional

We are seeking a seasoned project planning professional to support our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules with accurate cost and resource loading.
  • Apply strategic 'what-if' and critical path analysis to optimize project timelines and ensure timely completion.
  • Effectively integrate contractor schedules into the master plan, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and provide regular reporting on trends and progress.
  • Facilitate dynamic planning workshops, risk reviews, and governance reporting to stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust.
Requirements
  • Strong background in project planning across multiple phases of the lifecycle, with expertise in one or more areas: R&D, capital projects, shutdown planning, commissioning.
  • Proven proficiency in Primavera P6, SAP, Power BI, and MS Office, with exceptional skills in data analysis and visualization.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, effective communication, and conflict resolution, with a strong commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.
