  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive curriculum programs that align with industry standards and meet the diverse needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to design and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to various learning styles.
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers in their professional growth, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a sense of community and promote open communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development and Implementation: Lead the creation and execution of curriculum plans that meet the needs of our students and align with industry standards.
  • Teacher Support and Guidance: Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to enhance their instructional skills and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to build trust and promote open communication.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with senior leaders and teachers to drive school-wide initiatives and achieve educational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Qualifications and Experience: Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and possess significant experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and teacher support.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Exhibit sound judgment, analytical skills, and the capacity to think critically and strategically.
  • Cultural Competence and Sensitivity: Show respect and empathy for the cultural backgrounds and individual differences of students, parents, and colleagues.
