Job Title: Sales Assistant

We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer experiences in our convenience liquor store.

  • You'll engage with customers, answering their queries and sharing your knowledge of local and imported beers, wines, and spirits.
  • You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and possess knowledge of local and imported beers, wines, and spirits.

  • Awareness of RSA requirements and ability to obtain accreditation as needed
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on your feet for long periods and lift stock safely
Requirements:

  • Strong product knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • An accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (Note: RSA requirements may vary by state)
