We are seeking a skilled wellbeing specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive wellbeing services across various business units.
This is a Fixed Term 12-month contract, offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional to make a significant impact on the health, safety, and overall wellbeing of employees.
About the Role:
- Develop and deliver systems and processes to improve the organisation's approach to supporting the health and wellbeing of employees.
- Engage and consult with managers and key stakeholders to undertake strategic analysis and drive improvements in health, wellbeing, and psychosocial performance and outcomes.
- Provide high-level support in the delivery of programs and interventions that support employee wellbeing across the organisation.
- Provide advice on the application and interpretation of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Engage all levels of the organisation to understand their duties and responsibilities and build accountability.
- Provide professional, best practice advice and solutions that improve our risk profile to help ensure that our people's wellbeing is enhanced through their employment.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapist / Organisational Psychology desirable) or other relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience working in a health and safety function with specific experience in psychosocial safety and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.
- High-level attention to detail and focus on risk management.
