Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as a Support Worker in our Bunbury location.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others by providing personalized support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support and care to customers in their daily lives.
  • Assist customers with personal care activities, including bowel care and epilepsy management.
  • Participate in swimming activities with customers, promoting physical health and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, fostering a culture of respect and empathy.

Requirements:

  • Cert 3 Individual Support (CHC33015/33021) qualification.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
