Job Description:

This role is based at a 99-bed facility in Busselton, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders to deliver person-centred care to residents.

You will play a key role in supporting residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, helping them achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily activities.

The position involves promoting independence, coordinating with staff and nursing teams, and assisting with everyday tasks such as personal care, mobility, meals, household duties, and leisure activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to engage meaningfully with residents to support their individual needs.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or similar), or are working towards it—or willing to obtain it.
