Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Roadside Assist Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role:

  • Respond to roadside assistance and battery requests from clients across various industries, including retail and insurance companies.
  • Perform tasks such as tyre changes, fuel provision, battery testing, jump starts, and replacement batteries, as well as minor mechanical assistance.
  • Be trained in retail selling of batteries and associated products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently complete all necessary paperwork to ensure seamless data entry and recording.
  • Work independently, with some flexibility required to accommodate varying shift patterns.
  • Utilize phone apps and technology to streamline job performance.

Requirements:

  • Some automotive knowledge is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • The ability to lift up to 30kg is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
