About the Role:We are seeking a Cleanliness Lead to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure our apartments and resort facilities meet the highest standards.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping team, coordinating daily room allocations, training and supporting team members, conducting regular inspections, and managing stock control.
This role involves working closely with the Resort Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and upholding workplace safety and compliance procedures.
Key Qualifications:- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in housekeeping
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lead a team and motivate individuals to achieve excellence
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends
