Job Title: Associate Producer

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced associate producer to join our team. As an associate producer, you will play a crucial role in bringing high-quality performing arts experiences to regional communities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Tour Coordination: Coordinate the delivery of performing arts tours and events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Project Management: Work closely with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Program Support: Collaborate with the executive programmer on various aspects of performing arts programming, including event planning and logistics.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of the performing arts landscape, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

You will demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and requirements. You will also coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including budgets, contracts, logistics, and event safety.

You will develop and maintain relationships with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes. Additionally, you will prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing demands and responsibilities.

You will communicate clearly and respectfully with diverse stakeholders, including First Nations artists and communities.
