Group Travel Expert

This is a challenging role that requires expertise in arranging trips for groups of 10 to 400.
You will work with clients seeking bespoke travel experiences, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours and insurance. To deliver the best solutions, you will need to draw on your knowledge of the industry and establish strong relationships with clients.
To be successful, you will require excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also need to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and incentive targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange trips for groups of 10 to 400
- Work with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences
- Finding suitable travel options for each client
- Developing strong client relationships
- Achieving KPIs and incentive targets
- At least two years experience as a travel consultant
- Prior experience in group bookings is advantageous
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Ability to think creatively to identify new solutions for clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
