Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced travel consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging trips for groups of varying sizes, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients.

With a focus on group bookings, you will utilise your expertise in flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and insurance to create tailored travel solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Your work will involve coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of trips from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arranging trips for groups of 10 to 400 people
  • Providing expert advice on flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and insurance
  • Coordinating logistics and managing timelines to ensure smooth trip execution
  • Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of two years' experience as a travel consultant, preferably with group booking experience
  2. Strong knowledge of GDS systems and ability to work efficiently
  3. Continuous learning and development to stay ahead in the industry
  4. Able to think creatively and outside the box to deliver innovative solutions
  5. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
