Job Title: Group Travel Expert
You'll play a vital role in creating unforgettable travel experiences for groups of 10 to 400, catering to diverse clients ranging from conferences and corporate incentives to sporting bodies and large family gatherings. Every booking is unique, requiring exceptional expertise in arranging flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and more.
To excel in this position, you must be an expert in your field with at least two years of experience as a travel consultant, preferably with group booking experience. Your proficiency in GDS systems will enable you to work efficiently, and your ability to think outside the box will ensure you find the best travel solutions for your customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for travel recommendations, tips, and tricks within your circle.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to achieve KPIs and sales targets, thereby securing incentives.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain a deep understanding of complex booking systems, including itinerary creation and invoice preparation.
- Showcase comfort with complexity in all aspects of your work.
