About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and project management support to bring our initiatives to life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about music and wants to make a lasting impact on the Australian contemporary music sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative and project delivery support
  • Support the preparation required for council meetings
  • Prepare briefings and presentations relevant to our activities
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules for the Director of Music
  • Assist in managing project-related expenditures
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver impactful project outcomes
What We Offer:
  • A 2-year contract (full-time)

  • Salary: $71,869 per annum + 15.4% superannuation
  • Hybrid work arrangement (two days' work from home and three days on site)
