The Office Administrator will run our Sydney office day-to-day and help to create a positive and productive work environment amongst the teams working in it. They will also provide some administrative and organisational support to UNIFIED Artist Management's Sydney team of Artist Managers and their Managed Artists.

**Key Tasks**

Office Administration, UNIFIED Music Group
- Be a friendly first point of contact for clients, staff and visitors to the Sydney Office
- Liaise with office suppliers as required
- Create and maintain systems and processes to manage upkeep of the Sydney Office
- Send and receive mail and book couriers
- Manage calendars and other booking tools for meeting rooms and studio
- Manage stock levels of office and cleaning supplies
- Assist in creating a positive and productive work environment and taking part in company wide initiatives and committees

Administration Assistant, UNIFIED Artist Management
- Manage filing systems for all Managed Artists
- Liaise with Performing Rights Organisations including managing all registrations and completing Live Performance Returns
- Maintain calendars and other planning tools as required for Managed Artists
- Ensure press kits, databases and other assets are up to date for Managed Artists
- Assist with tour and label marketing as required
- Assist with merchandise planning and stock ordering for Managed Artists
