Infinity Hospitality Pty Ltd is a leading hospitality establishment dedicated to providing world-class service and unforgettable guest experiences. We are seeking a Hotel Service Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and guest experience.
- Train, mentor, and manage hotel staff to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor hotel occupancy, reservations, and operational performance.
- Work closely with department heads to optimize efficiency and revenue generation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for operational departments.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in hotel management or a related role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and industry best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
