About Anytime Fitness - Club Roles

Anytime Fitness - Club Roles is one of Australia's best performing gyms, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and facilities to our members. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience every single time someone interacts with us.

Salary: $30-$40 per hour

This is a casual staff position, requiring approximately 15-22 hours of work per week. The hours will be varied but set a month in advance. We are looking for someone who may be studying or have life commitments that desire flexibility with days of work.

Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
  • Providing membership support and sales assistance to customers
  • Maintaining the gym's administration processes for memberships
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and building a positive club culture
  • Contributing to marketing and social media content
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards of the gym
  • Following established processes and procedures
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms
  • Ability to cover all aspects of gym operations, sales, and front desk duties
  • Energy, self-motivation, and drive
  • Passion for health and fitness
