About the Role:

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work within a dynamic team that is committed to excellence in service. Shifts are available in the morning, afternoon, and evening.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care to residents in a manner that respects their individual needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with Cranbrook Care's policies and procedures to maintain accreditation standards.

About You:

You are compassionate and possess the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Your communication skills are exceptional, and you are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in aged care.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Knowledge of contemporary aged care practices.
  • Understanding of person-centered care principles.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience with compliance and quality improvement is preferred.
  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) is required.
