As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. You will be responsible for delivering personal care to residents in a safe and effective manner, meeting their needs and preferences, and maximizing their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality care
  • Participate in regular training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care and service
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services
  • Sound understanding and commitment to person-centered care
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care)
