About the Role

The Darling Hotel is seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences for our guests.

This position involves providing high-quality massage and body treatments using leading skin care brands. The goal will be to ensure all treatment rooms are replenished and cleaned after each treatment, while providing an exceptional level of service that exceeds our guests' expectations.

The Darling Spa features 11 treatment rooms, two exclusive couple's suites, a relaxation lounge, steam room, and jacuzzi.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver luxurious spa treatments with exceptional skill and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of spa products, techniques, and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge services.
  • Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa environment.
  • Contribute to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the spa, fostering a serene and relaxing experience for all guests.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or nationally recognised qualification in one or more forms of massage.
  • Qualifications in beauty therapy, highly regarded.
  • Experience within a spa environment, preferably in a 5-star facility.
  • Ability to drive retail sales within the spa operation.
  • Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
