Senior Spa Operations Manager

The Senior Spa Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing the spa team, ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the spa team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage spa operations, including front-of-house, treatment rooms, and fitness centre
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members
  • Review and refine spa menus, promotions, and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a luxury spa management role
  • Qualifications in beauty and massage therapy
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Full-time availability, including weekends and public holidays
