Luxury Spa Experience Coordinator

To deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of service in our luxurious spa, we seek a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and mentoring a team of spa therapists and receptionists
- Maintaining accurate rosters and timesheets
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for guests
- Upselling and cross-selling treatments and products
- Staying up-to-date with all spa services, costs, procedures, and products
Qualifications and Skills:
- Administration and cashiering skills
- Previous experience as a spa therapist in a resort or hotel is desirable
- Excellent time management and personalization skills
- Attention to detail and grooming
- Flexibility to assist in other resort areas
- Understanding of spa culture and health and wellness industry
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems
- Experience in recommending and upselling treatments and products
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Outstanding customer service skills and friendly personality
