Scientist - Diagnostic Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Validation Scientist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of molecular diagnostics and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
As a Validation Scientist, you will be responsible for performing analytical studies, assisting with process and equipment validation, and analysing data. You will also prepare study protocols and reports, and ensure compliance with project management principles.
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of BSc. in Biomedical Science or a related field, as well as previous experience in assay development or validation. Molecular biology experience, including Real-time PCR, is also essential.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a flexible and adaptable attitude. Excellent time management and organisational skills are also required.
If you have experience working in a regulated environment and have undertaken controlled studies to support regulatory submissions, this would be advantageous.
