Seasonal Distribution Team Lead Position

This role involves leading and training a team of costume distributors to maintain, launder, pack, deliver and check all costumes for seasonal events at VRTP theme parks.

Key responsibilities include ensuring clear communication is maintained via written or verbal methods, training and undertaking event shifts within the distribution department, checking costumes and conducting repairs as required, and sorting costumes into wardrobe racking and storage systems.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of workplace health and safety is also necessary. The successful candidate will be able to promote a positive attitude to safe business practices and work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a high attention to detail. They will also align with S&E values of engagement, safety, respect, and accountability.
