Job Title: Team Leader for Seasonal Distribution

As a key member of our operations team, you will lead and train a team of costume distributors to maintain, launder, pack, deliver, and check all costumes for seasonal events at theme parks. You will be responsible for ensuring clear communication is maintained through various methods, including team meetings, whiteboards, or diaries.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the distribution team to ensure seamless execution of event shifts.
  • Train team members on event procedures and policies.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on costumes to identify any defects or damage.
  • Ensure costumes are delivered in great condition and on time.
  • Manage the sorting and storage of costumes in wardrobe racking systems.
  • Operate and maintain laundry equipment according to established procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with workplace health and safety protocols required.
  • Must promote a positive attitude towards safe business practices.
  • Able to work 5am shift starts as required.
