Key Digital Transformation Role

As a seasoned Account Executive, you will drive digital transformation for valued clients. Your expertise in AI innovation and strategic sales planning enables orchestration of cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions meeting client objectives.

With a growth mindset, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote mutually beneficial customer strategies. Leveraging digital signals identifies and prioritizes customer needs, leading to commercial negotiations and closure of transformative business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own customer relationships end-to-end, partnering with an ATS (Account Technology Strategist)
  • Drive BDM relationships and AI Transformation
  • Strategic sales planning, pipeline generation, and full account team orchestration to meet revenue targets
  • Lead on Commercial negotiations and Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning
  • Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to deliver customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle

Industry Knowledge: Build and maintain strong knowledge of customers' industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in account management, including development and execution of strategic account plans
  • Background in industries such as Retail, or relevant experience in consulting or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams to deliver business outcomes
  • Established track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
