Agricultural Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Services Manager to join our team at Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships with local rural producers to drive sales for a broad range of agricultural services and products.
You will provide leadership to branch employees, including agronomy, merchandise sales, livestock, wool, finance, real estate, and insurance. Your extensive experience in driving branch performance and achieving financial targets will be essential in mentoring sales teams to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in-store and on-farm.
Oversight of supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are being delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPIs; along with managing safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest standards, are all key responsibilities of this rewarding role.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with local rural producers to drive sales for a broad range of agricultural services and products.
- Provide leadership to branch employees, including agronomy, merchandise sales, livestock, wool, finance, real estate, and insurance.
- Mentor sales teams to provide professional, efficient, and quality service to our clients both in-store and on-farm.
- Oversight of supply chain activities for the branch to ensure products are being delivered in full and on time in line with inventory KPIs.
- Manage safety, quality, and the overall presentation of the store to the highest standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a successful agri-services professional with experience in one of the fields of expertise we offer at Nutrien Ag Solutions Limited. You will be a person that demonstrates leadership success along with operational management experience.
You will be self-motivated and driven to implement improvements in all areas of store operations, including strong supply chain/inventory and stock control experience. You will demonstrate success developing solid long-term partnerships with clients and other key stakeholders and be able to identify opportunities to develop new business.
Strong financial skills for reporting and P&L management are essential, along with people management experience. You must have a current driver's license and forklift license.
