Collaboration with internal experts is essential to enhance training resources and development pathways, ensuring best-practice frameworks are established and consultants are empowered to succeed.

This opportunity allows you to become the go-to expert for onboarding, professional development, and continuous improvement within a respected occupational rehabilitation provider.

As a key player, you will shape strategic plans, mentor consultants at all levels, and play a pivotal role in building a confident, skilled, and high-performing team.

About You:

We seek an experienced rehabilitation professional with tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counsellor.

AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA registration is mandatory, along with unrestricted Australian working rights and a current driver's license.

Your ability to think strategically, build relationships, and drive results will be essential in achieving our organizational goals.
