About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner/Analyst to join our dynamic cross-disciplinary team at Macquarie. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in prioritizing product backlogs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with security architects and internal technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize product backlogs and understand regulatory and product requirements to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with security architects and internal technology teams to make necessary design changes
  • Analyse requirements, implement administrative configuration changes, conduct operational rollouts, testing end-to-end, and conduct user training
  • Provide support during incidents and manage vendor activities related to governance and delivery
Requirements
  • Experience with highly visible services to elevate risks and communicate them to stakeholder groups
  • Prior knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, preferably in Tune and Workspace One
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple/cross business requirements at various stages of the onboarding lifecycle
  • Complex problem-solving skills and a broad understanding of infrastructure technologies
  • Experience with complex stakeholder management to develop and maintain relationships across multiple business units and groups
