The Role

We seek an experienced professional to assist with service delivery for a key client in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of all problems within the IT infrastructure and services through proactive problem management and trend analysis.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop strategies, policies, and procedures for change management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing changes.
  • Evaluate the impact, risk, and benefit of proposed changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor progress and prepare reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct problem management meetings and drive resolution of problem tickets with delivery teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve both change management and problem management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Change Manager and Problem Manager or similar role in IT Service Delivery.
  • Experience in a systems integrator/MSP environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and think critically about change impacts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
