Job Description:

The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Projects Manager will oversee the delivery of approved EMR projects. This includes preparing business cases, scoping software requirements, project management, and establishing project resources.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director EMR, Clinical Informatics team, and the business to set the roadmap for future EMR projects and determine priorities based on strategic requirements.

This role also involves establishing an EMR quality program, reviewing incidents, risks, and conducting regular EMR workflow reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects
  • Good working knowledge of Oracle Health EMR clinical information system
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
