The role of EMR Projects Manager is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of approved EMR projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing business cases, scoping business and software requirements, and establishing project resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and delivery of approved EMR projects
  • Preparation of business cases and scoping of business and software requirements
  • Project management and establishment of project resources
  • Developing and implementing an EMR quality program, including incident review and workflow analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Health EMR clinical information system
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to implement quality improvement programs
