">About the Role

This role involves introducing professionals to high-quality personal development and leadership programs, marketing these programs to niche markets, conducting structured discovery conversations, managing your own schedule and workflow, participating in regular training and mentoring, and using proven systems and digital tools to engage new clients.

">Your Key Responsibilities
  • Program Introduction: Introduce professionals to high-quality personal development and leadership programs
  • Marketing: Market these programs to niche markets aligned with our business
  • Discovery Conversations: Conduct structured discovery conversations with interested individuals
  • Schedule Management: Manage your own schedule and workflow (approx. 12+ hrs/week recommended)
  • Ongoing Development: Participate in regular training and mentoring to support your growth
  • Clients Engagement: Use proven systems and digital tools to engage new clients
