We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to provide assistance to individuals who require help with daily living activities. The successful candidate will ensure clients' safety and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide personal care, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication as prescribed by a healthcare professional
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Accompany clients to appointments and events
- Report changes in client condition to the healthcare team

**Requirements:**

- Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Support
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Compassionate and patient personality

The work may involve standing or walking for extended periods and requires physical stamina. Working hours may vary depending on client needs.
