**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Community Support Worker to join our team. As a Community Support Worker, you will be working within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants.

Our participants require assistance with personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development. You will have the opportunity to forge strong connections with your participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals.

This understanding will enable you to provide tailored support, empowering them to accomplish what truly matters to them.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • A passion for people and a genuine interest in responding to the needs of others
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with individuals
  • Transferable skills in providing care with compassion, empathy, and resilience
  • Physical aptitude to perform various manual tasks with ease
