Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Client Services Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings and attending to general administrative duties while providing support to the coordinator and other staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple calendars for appointment bookings
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls promptly and in a courteous manner

Requirements:
