Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to play a key part in managing the company's financial assets and liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform bank reconciliations in SAP.
  • Execute month end procedures applicable to Treasury.
  • Support the maintenance of relationships with banks and other financial institutions, including transactional banking and payment gateways.
  • Process and coordinate admin tasks relating to setup or amendment of product offering with transactional banks.
  • Creation and maintenance of records related to banking products in use (e.g. signatories, bank authority, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on cash levels across the group.
  • Assist in managing the company's cash flow, including cash positioning and forecasting.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, including payments centralization.
  • Perform cash sweeps on a periodic basis according to pre-established policies.
  • Assist with gathering information to comply with requests from banks and auditors (e.g. KYC).
  • Project work related to Treasury.

This role requires a strong understanding of financial systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be based at our Belrose office, with occasional visits to our Marsden Park location. You will be expected to work onsite at least three days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP financial systems.
