Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our clients' properties, ensuring that all facilities management services are delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of facilities managers and technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Financial Management: Manage and maintain agreed profit margins, and ensure that all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
- Contract Management: Develop and implement yearly service plans, KPIs, targets, and financial plans to ensure that contracts are delivered to the highest standard.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained, and that all staff are trained and aware of their responsibilities.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and work with the team to implement new initiatives and strategies.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years' experience in a senior facilities management role, with experience in managing and developing geographically dispersed teams.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
