About the Position:

The Data Insights Analyst plays a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven decision making across the organisation.

This position will collaborate with various departments to identify opportunities, enhance operational efficiencies and support strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations to boost revenue and optimise operations.
  • Develop standards and data collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting pipelines.
  • Assist in building an enterprise analytics function with sound statistical methodology and analytical capability.
  • Delve into long-term business forecasts for analytical, reporting and business planning requirements.
  • Develop reports to ensure effective strategies are developed, implemented, analysed and revised.
  • Partner with financial teams to ensure business changes are considered during forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Deliver projects with well-documented project information properly prepared, stored and archived for future reference.
  • Use analytical techniques to identify and measure underlying opportunities, informing business strategy.
  • Lead the delivery of F&B insights suitable for consumption by the wider marketing team and key business units.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in integrated resorts and analytics.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, Cognos, etc.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc).
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders to produce actionable insights.
  • Ability to undertake market and competitor research to understand the competitive environment.
  • Capacity to prioritise analytical requests and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, data-driven environment.
