About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outdoor Recreation Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering outdoor sport and recreation programs to school, community, and sporting clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver outdoor sport and recreation programs that meet the needs of our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement program strategies
  • Undertake on-call responsibilities on a rostered basis during residential programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree level tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or a Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation/Leadership and relevant industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations
