About the Role
  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness (essential)
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Minimum 1–2 years of group coaching experience
  • High-level people skills and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence delivering to all fitness levels
  • Open to feedback, mentorship, and team-based delivery

Experience with similar environments is a plus.
