Cult Crew is a boutique group fitness gym specialising in Strength & Hybrid Classes located in Narre Warren. We are dedicated to helping our community achieve their fitness goals in a fun and motivating environment. We're seeking a passionate Group Fitness Trainer to join our dynamic team and inspire others to reach their fullest potential.

Position Overview:
As a Group Fitness Trainer, you will lead engaging fitness classes that promote strength, wellness, and community. You will have the opportunity to share your passion for fitness and contribute to the success of our members while enjoying a supportive and energetic atmosphere.

Current hours of operation

Monday to Thursday - 5am, 6am, 9:30am - 6pm, 7pm

Friday - 5am, 6am, 9:30am - 5pm

Saturday - 8am

Qualifications:

- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness or currently studying towards it.
- A passion for strength training or hybrid training; a CrossFit background is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a fun, motivating personality.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to creating a safe and effective training environment.
