What you'll do
The Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing and managing partnerships that enhance the Everyday Rewards program.
Key responsibilities include:

Engaging members through partner program integration and experiences.
Driving sales growth to diversify revenue streams.
Managing partnership budgets, tracking ROI, and optimizing profitability.
Developing joint business plans and creating proposals and presentations.
Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Overseeing partnership operations and resolving operational challenges.
Collaborating with internal teams to support initiatives and promote continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

At least 8+ years of commercial and strategic business experience, including 5+ years managing complex partnerships.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships with executive stakeholders.
Data-driven, customer-focused, and outcome-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.
Experience managing multiple partnerships simultaneously with a focus on continuous improvement.
