Cyber Security Architect Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team at Infinite Talent Group. As a Cyber Security Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure architecture solutions to protect our clients' sensitive data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive current state analysis of cyber security arrangements in our clients' ICT environments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop fully costed cyber security uplift plans and business cases to enhance our clients' cyber security posture.
  • Design and implement secure architecture solutions that mitigate risks posed by new technologies and business practices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve cyber security project outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on contemporary security strategies to manage identified risks and ensure adoption and adherence to industry and mandated standards.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience undertaking cyber security architecture analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practice cyber security technologies, practices, and legislative frameworks.
  • Experience leading teams to develop ICT architectures, blueprints, and roadmaps.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Working Arrangements: This role requires the ability to work from our client's offices in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne, or Adelaide for a minimum of 2 days per week.

Mandatory Criteria: Australian Citizen with Baseline Clearance.
