Are you a detail-oriented team player with a passion for hands-on work and operational efficiency? We're seeking a reliable individual to join our Tyre & Wheel Assembly (TWA) team in Truganina.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are key to delivering exceptional service to Original Equipment (OE) customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick and stage stock for OE customer orders using a forklift, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Maintain accurate transportation invoices, delivery dockets, and customer returns.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock layout, and monthly stocktakes.
- Perform tyre and rim fitments, including inflation and quality checks.
- Loading and preparing assemblies for delivery, prioritizing accuracy and safety.
- Support operational efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage office processes for order and dispatch documentation.
- Relieve the TWA Supervisor during their absence.
- Embody Bridgestone's safety standards and E8 Commitment.
- Familiarity with warehousing and distribution procedures is essential.
- A valid forklift operator's certificate and driver's license are mandatory.
- Prior experience in the tyre or automotive industry is desirable.
- Tyre fitting expertise is also advantageous but not required.
