Security Risk Manager

The Security Risk Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the security risk landscape within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and enforce comprehensive security risk frameworks and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks.
- Design and implement robust assurance programs to ensure seamless security risk management.
- Develop and maintain detailed scoping documents, audit reports, and briefings to effectively communicate security risk findings.
- Lead the annual reporting process for the Virtual Private Data Secure Framework.
- Facilitate governance forums and committees to drive security best practices.
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in the government sector.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to align with and comply with organizational risk frameworks and standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of information security controls and industry standards such as ISO 27001/2, CobIT, and CRISC.
